We stand at a turning point. The network is no longer a pipe but the digital nerve of every economy. In India, we add a Finland-sized subscriber base each year. One GB costs less than a cutting chai, yet 2.3 lakh towers still await fibre, and 400,000 5G radios will light up before next Diwali. The challenge isn’t silicon, spectrum or capital, it’s skilled people. By 2030, telecom will need 9.1 million trained professionals. We can import talent or grow it. This Academy is where we grow it.
